On March 1st, Banking Management Department of People's Bank of China (Guangzhou Branch) was officially launched. Song Hai, Vice Governor of Guangdong, Wu Yimin, Standing Member of the CPC Guangzhou Municipal Committee and Executive Vice Mayor of Guangzhou, Yang Weizhong, Deputy Director of Human Resources Department of People's Bank of China, and Luo Bochuan, President of Guangzhou Branch of People's Bank of China, attended the launching ceremony.
Marking a breakthrough in financial reform and innovation in the provincial comprehensive experimental zone, the Banking Management Department of the People's Bank of China (Guangzhou Branch), will bring an increased momentum to the Guangzhou Regional Financial Center, and will accelerate Guangzhou's construction profile to be that of one of the nation's major Central Cities.
