A new route between Guangzhou and the Middle East opened yesterday (March 27th), connecting Guangzhou and Jeddah, with a stopover in Riyadh, both in Saudi Arabia. Guangzhou is Saudi Arabia Airlines' first destination city in Chinese mainland. Saudi Arabia Airlines operates 6 round-trip flights per week and the journey from Guangzhou to Jeddah takes around 10 hours.
The Guangzhou-Riyadh-Jeddah flight will leave Jeddah at 18:35 (local time) every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, and depart Guangzhou at 12:45 (local time) every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
