Two trade publications have now selected the connector as Product of the Month
Espelkamp, 7 July 2010 Since its recent market launch, the HARTING Technology Group s new Han-Yellock connector has already picked up two awards from the trade press. After an award from the trade magazine ke Konstruktion & Engineering , Elektronikjournal has now also named HARTING s world-first innovation as its Product of the Month.
The appearance and functionality of the Han-Yellock connection technology complement one another optimally. Its external design is as elegant as its functionality is effective, explained project manager, Frank Quast. Elektronikjournal was impressed by the new connector s design and also highlighted its components high levels of flexibility and safety. The unburdening of complex components and the almost tool-free assembly were other attributes that won the Han-Yellock the title of Product of the Month. As the magazine summed up: It enables a reduction of the total costs involved in machine and system installation and the design is also convincing.
In creating the Han-Yellock we placed a particularly strong emphasis on meeting individual customer requirements. Winning another award is further endorsement of our development approach. This innovative product excels on the strengths of simple but effective basic concepts and the courage to pursue entirely new paths, said Philip Harting, Senior Vice-President of Connectivity & Networks at the HARTING Technology Group.
