Schreder of Elk Grove Village, Illinois unveiled the Alura LED, an outdoor light powered by Osram's Golden Dragon Plus LEDs. The light uses 40, 1-watt LEDs arranged in a circle. The light eminates from a conically shaped fixture through optics which spread the light 360 degrees Type 5 distribution The Alura comes in a color temperatures of 6000K, neutral white, and warm white options.
The company says that the optical compartment is designed with an IP66 tightness level. The fixture has a circular top held up by four metal prongs. The light is made for outdoor urban environments such as: parks, playgrounds, and parking lots.
