Delta Electronics has raised its LED light bulb shipment forecast for 2010 to one million units on new capacity going online in Dongguan of China's Guangdong Province and orders of 80,000 units a month from the Japanese market, according to the company. Previously, industry observers projected shipments of 500,000 units for the year.
