Famer's Income Surpaeese 4,600 Yuan

In 2010, Xinjiang farmers' per capita net income is expected to surpass 4,600 yuan, 700 yuan more than that last year.The result benefited from the measures of the agriculture restructure, sci-tech vitalizing agriculture, labor service and non-agriculture development, preferential policies, and the agricultural byproducts promotion and processing.

It is predicted that, in 2010, the grain output is to top 12 million tons, the wheat purchasing is to top 3.8 million tons, the cotton output , 2.6 million tons. The fruit tree area in the year has exceeded 17 million mu, with total output of 8 million tons and producation value of 20 billion yuan. The rural new type cooperative medicare system, rural endowment insurance and rural social assistance system have got further consummated.

In 2011, XJ will put more efforts in farming and herding modernization. The farmer's per capita net will increase more than 500 Yuan. Till 2015, Xinjiang farmers' per capita net income will top 7,000 Yuan.
