EgyptAir Airlines Company announced on December 1 that it would launch Guangzhou-Cairo direct flights from December 16 this year.
According to Egypt Air, there will be four round-trip non-stop Guangzhou-Cairo flights every week, shortening the flight tie to 9 hours 45 minutes, about 3 hours shorter than the previous flights that stop over in Bangkok.
Amr Sami, Eygpt Air's Guangzhou and South China Manager said "for over 3 years since 2007, there have been tens of thousands passengers from South China taking Egypt Air to Egypt, the Middle East and different places in Africa.
