Talent Scout, Dr. Guo Zhixin Achieved Award of National Advanced Individual of Homecoming

On Sep 30th,2003, The National Advanced Individual and Units of Homecoming Commend Convention was held in great hall of people. All 300 nominators attend this convention who were collected from over 10 million homecomings. Especially there are only six successful nominators in 6000 homecomings of Tianjin. Dr. Guo Zhixin(The Superintendent of R&D institute of Tasly Group) is the most representational one.
