In the morning of January 22nd, the opening ceremony of the Capital Airport T3 Passenger Service Center was grandly held in the greeting hall of the T3 second floor.
T3 Passenger Service Centre ( the Center ) is a comprehensive service center established by the eastern department of Beijing Capital International Airport Co., Ltd. after nearly one year s planning and preparation. The 24 hour open Center will provide more convenient, thoughtful, caring one-stop service so to leave passengers a delighted travel experience.
Besides daily information services, the Center is also responsible for security, temporary items receiving & returning, Beijing traffic guiding, team tourists guiding, free phone call, and other services. The Center also provides the old, the sick, the disabled, the pregnant with special companying service, such as wheelchair companying, check-in procedure guide, port entry and exit guide, free baggage handling and storage battery car service.
Passengers can put forward their demand through network, telephone or on-site appointment to the Center and receive attentive and thoughtful service from the working staff. In addition, the Center prepared all-purpose chest for passengers, including reading glasses, magnifying glass, medicine boxes, sewing boxes, Terminal 3 Stamps, baby car (specifically for separation zone after security inspection), Beijing traffic map, calendar cards, etc.

T3 passenger service center will become a platform between the terminal and passengers which enables service to get closer to and better for passengers, so that passengers would feel family-like care and considerate attention at the terminal.
