The commitments included Multiple Options, Assured Quality , Stable Quality, Stable price , Warm Service, Quick Response , in which quality, price, service, three most concerned aspects of passengers, were included. The commitments reflected the Capital Airport s unremitting efforts to provide superior service and delighted travel experience.
In terms of quality, the Capital Airport promises that all products in all stores, and raw materials for food have been subject to stringent quality check; all service personnel are qualified and with a proficiency certificate.
In terms of price, the Capital Airport promises that the price of general goods and food in retail stores and restaurant chain stores are consistent with the price level on average as in urban areas of Beijing; the average price of duty-free perfume, cosmetics, duty-free tobacco and alcohol are more than 15% cheaper than the same kinds in shopping malls in Beijing, and the goods are more competitive in price compared with the international duty-free market.
Food stores should embody the season, health, the public, convenience, implement popular drink price limit, special rates for regular salable dishes, special rates for parts of brand food stores to meet consumers need.According to statistics, the average per capita consumption price in more than 40% of the food stores is less than 35 RMB, which enables visitors to enjoy the benefits brought by cheap food.
In terms of service, the Capital Airport promises that, store staff will respond passenger s call within 1 minute, store checkout time is less than 5 minutes; to dispel customers misgivings and make them relaxed, safe, satisfied, the purchased items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days when customers are not happy with them; when quality problems appear, responsibility goes first at the airport; the airport would respond every advice from customer on goods quality or service within 5 working days.
