Capital Airport Mourns Mudslide Victims

To express deep condolence over the mudslide victims in Zhouqu, State Council has declared August 15, 2010 a national day of mourning, when Chinese national flags across the country and at embassies should be lowered half-mast, and all public entertainment is ordered to suspend.

On the national day of mourning, all flags around Capital Airport have been lowered to half-mast, all commercials and entertainment videos on TV inside the terminals shutdown, and the homepage of Capital Airport official website turned to white and black, mourning in deep grief for the victims in Zhouqu.
