Examined by Nanjing Office of Toponym and approved by People s Government of Jiangning District in Nanjing, Forte Shengtang Artistic County developed by JiangSu Shengtang Artistic Investment Co. Ltd under Forte Group is renamed officially as Forte Ronchamp Villa recently. Forte Ronchamp Villa gets its name from the Ronchamp Church, which is surrounded by mountains and is one of the well praised works designed by great Architect Le Corbusier.
The church s geographic environment and architecture style look like Forte Ronchamp Villa in spirit. Compared with the previous name of Forte Shengtang Artistic County, Forte Ronchamp Villa conveys the internal spirit of the project more accurately. This is why the project is given the name. Forte Ronchamp Villa is located in Jiangning development district of Nanjing.
It is a pure villa project and also Forte s first project in Nanjing. Phase one of the project will be ready for move-in at the end of this June. The sales of phase two will start soon.
