Under the authorization of Nanjing Industrial and Commercial Department, Jiangsu Shengtang Art Investment Co., Ltd., a member of Forte (Group) Co., Ltd., has successfully changed its name to Nanjing Forte Property Development Co., Ltd.
Since entering the real estate market in Nanjing in 2003, Forte Group has purchased Jiangsu Shengtang Art Investment Co., Ltd. and gained a foothold in property development in Nanjing. One of Forte Group s projects in Jiangning, an economic and technological development zone of Nanjing City--Ronchamp Villa has a site area of 330,000sq. meters and GFA of 130,000 sq. meters. With Phase 1 introduced in 2004, Ronchamp Villa has captured the fancy of the real estate market with its advantages of natural resources, modern architectural style, and romantic design. At present, the project is in Phase 3 of development and construction.
