A Sincere Talk between Forte and Agricultural Bank of China

On the afternoon of April 17, Shanghai Forte Land Co., Ltd. (Forte) and Agricultural Bank of China (ABC) had a sincere talk at Shanghai Zijinshan Restaurant, in which Mr. Guo Guangchang, the Chairman of Forte, Mr. Wang Zhe, Vice CEO and Mr. Zhang Houlin, General Manger of the Financing Department of Forte, together with Mr. Yang Kun, the Governor of ABC and Mr. Zhang Jian, General Manger of the Real Estate Credit Department of ABC Headquarter participated.

During the talk, Mr. Wang Zhe and Mr. Zhang Houlin introduced great achievements Forte made in 2006 and the potential investment projects of Forte respectively. In view of a good cooperation record in the past with Forte, ABC decided to confer Forte a loan credit of RMB 5 billion and wished further cooperation in the future to become a strategic partner of Forte. This is the highest credit that ABC had conferred ever.
