Under the theme of confidence and commitment, Shanghai Forte 2009 Annual Meeting was recently held at Shanghai Dongjiao Hotel. More than 140 managers from various units of the company attended the annual event.
The conference reviewed Forte s overall operation in 2008 from development, marketing and financing perspectives. It further called for four areas to focus on in 2009 sales, cost control, product positioning, and construction progress management and quality control. According to the conference, based on further adjustment of its development strategies, the company will continue to implement and improve its group-driven control, scheduling and operation management systems.
A third-party consultant also presented a client satisfaction survey with analysis and interpretation on current global and domestic economic situation, offering advice on Forte s future development.
The afternoon seminar featured discussions on three value chains - value identification and creation, multi-channel financing, and consistent management improvement over presentation of case studies. The conference further clarified that Forte shall endeavor to become a real estate investor and operator with deep understanding of the market as well as full capability to integrate resources.
The conference ended with award ceremony acknowledging teams and individuals of outstanding performance as well as honoring staff members serving the company for over ten years.
