Experts from China Agricultural University Visited Chaoda's Headquarters

18 June, 2007, experts from the ChinaAgriculturalUniversity visited Chaoda's headquarters.

During the visit, Mr. Yang Jinfa, Vice-President of the Group, not only explained the overall operations of Chaoda to these experts, but also guided them through several important research institutes of the Company, such as, the Technology Research Institute, the Strategic Research Institute and the R&D Center so that they could observe how these departments function. During the seminar Mr. Chen Junhua, Vice-President of General Affairs, conducted a brief review of the Company's past cooperation experience with the ChinaAgriculturalUniversity and expressed the wish that there will be more cooperation opportunities in the future.

Through the visit and the meeting, the experts gained a better understanding of the fast development pace of Chaoda and expressed their desire to visit Chaoda production bases in order to further understand the future development of the Company. They will also combine the technologies of the ChinaAgriculturalUniversity to further promote effective strategic cooperation between the University and the Company and to contribute to the development of the Chinese agricultural industry.
