19 July 2008 - Chaoda's third group of management trainees completed their training program at headquarters. The trainees were trained in corporate culture and management system issues. They will go on to receive on-site training at production bases.
The first group of management trainees has already been appointed to their new jobs. The second group of management trainees is undergoing on-site training at production bases.
