Chairman Kwok Ho Won the Fujian Outstanding Charity Award Again

On December 19, 2008, the second members meeting of the Fujian Provincial Charity Federation was held at the Fujian Conference Center. The Charity Federation presented awards to the entrepreneurs who have made charitable contributions in Fujian. Mr. Kwok Ho, Chairman of Chaoda Modern Agriculture, won the "Outstanding Charity Award" again. In addition, Kwok was appointed as the Honor Vice Chairman of the Second Members Council.

In 2008, Chaoda made charitable contributions of more than RMB 20 million, in cash and in kind, incuding RMB 5 million from Kwok Ho, to the earthquake victims in Sichuan as well as about RMB 4 million to support orphans in Fujian. Chaoda is well known in the business community and society for pro-actively meeting its corporate social responsibilities.
