In commemoration of 25 years of enterprise reforms, the Fujian government presents awards annually to leading entrepreneurs for their contributions to the province. Chaoda's Chairman Kwok Ho was a recipient of one of Fujian's highest business accolades for the second consecutive year, together with 35 leading entrepreneurs.
The awards ceremony was held on March 24 in Fujian Hall in Fuzhou, the provincial capital.A number of officials attended the ceremony including: Lu Zhangong, secretary of the Fujian Committee of the Communist Party of China; Huang Xiaojing, governor of Fujian Province; and Liang Qiping, chairman of the Provincial People's Political Consultative Conference.
The award recognizes entrepreneurs who have made distinctive contributions to Fujian, including the development of "west coast' of the Taiwan Strait.
