Liberian Defense Minister Visits Chaoda's Jinshan Production Base

On June 1, Brownie Samukai, the Liberian Defense Minister, together with Dung Mwanta Chong, Chief of the General staff, visited Chaoda's Jinshan production base in Shanghai. The defense minister described Chaoda as a potential role model for agricultural modernization in his country as well as throughout Africa. He noted the excellence of Chaoda's planting techniques and management, and sampled cherry tomatoes and green peppers from the production base. Staff of the production base and other officials joined the tour.
