The first of a new series of awards for outstanding service quality has been won by Chaoda's Human Resources Department.
The award is granted each quarter to the functional department with the most outstanding performance. Operational departments submit nominees to the awards committee based on monthly survey results. Principles of openness, fairness and impartiality govern the process, which is designed to enhance service spirit and standards and encourage superior performance.
On December 12, group management noted the achievement of the Human Resources Department with a "Quality Service Unit" banner.
