November 18 On a visit to Fujian Province, Vice Premier Hui Liangyu attended the opening of the second Cross Strait Modern Agricultural Fair in Zhangzhou, dropping by the Chaoda counter in the section for national "Dagon Head" agricultural enterprises. Vice Premier Hui was briefed on Chaoda's quality control system, which was tested as key vegetable supplier to the Beijing Olympics in 2008. The vice premier congratulated Chaoda on its tracking system, developed for the Olympics, which now serves as a model for quality control in the agriculture sector.
