Flat Panel Display: Complete Policies Promote Industrial Supports

Recently, the State Development and Reform Commission issued special notice which clears that the supporting materials enterprises should be encouraged to enhance independent innovation capability to the needs of panel and module production enterprises with large-scale production and AM-OLED (organic light emitting diode) R & D and industrial production. This indicated that China's flat panel display industry will enter a new round of accelerated development phase.
The development of flat panel display industry can not be confined to the existing liquid crystal display technology, OLED (organic light emitting diode) display, laser display technology, 3D technology, energy and environmental technology. China should advance its layout beforehand.
Our next move of the flat panel display industry is how to co-ordinate their distribution. At present, China needs leading enterprises. The enterprises are encouraged to build materials business certification and application test platform of flat panel display as well as to interact with the material enterprises to test, validate the materials and accelerate the localization of the flat panel display materials.
