BOE Launches Mass Production Ceremony of TFT-LCD G4.5 Line

October 25th saw launch ceremony of the G4.5 TFT-LCD line in Chengdu unit by BOE Group, with the formal announcement of the successful beginning of mass production for the new line. Leaders from Sichuan Provincial Government, Chengdu Municipality Government and BOE group presented at the ceremony, congratulating the meaningful start with relevant government officials from Beijing, Sichuan, Chengdu and numerous suppliers of BOE all over the world.
The timely start of mass production of G4.5 Line undoubtedly marks the smooth development of Chengdu BOE project, which overcame the adverse effect of "5.12"Wenchuan Earthquake and great fluctuation of price for construction materials. The new G4.5 Line of BOE, with total investment of RMB 3.1 billion, is designed strategically to promote the future development of upstream material industry and expected to be the shinning star of the electronics-information industry in southwest China.
