Successfully Launched Jinan Poly Garden - Sales Revenue Exceeded RMB240 Million

The Group is pleased to announce the official launch of Jinan Poly Garden project located in Jinan city on 6 June 2009. A total of 513 units were sold, with a subscription rate of 86%. The sales revenue exceeded RMB240 million. Jinan Poly Garden is the Group s second project launched in Jinan following the successful launch of Jinan Poly Lotus in October 2008. Located in the eastern region of Jinan High-tech Industrial Development Zone, the project is conveniently located and is just a 15-minute s ride to the city center or the airport. The project covers a site area of over 83,000 square meters and a gross floor area of approximately 266,000 square meters. It will be developed by two phases with a gross floor area of approximately 156,000 square meters as phase 1. It is well equipped with a kindergarten, a club house, a natatorium, tennis courts and other integrated amenities. The project was recently awarded the qualification of Family Bonding Residential Pilot Area ( ) by the Ministry of Construction, becoming the only project in Shandong province having obtained such accolade.
