On March 26, 2009, Hewitt Associates announced the main result of Hewitt Best Employers in China 2009 Study, which showed that Yantai Wanhua stood out of the 200 participant companies and won the honor"2009 Hewitt Best Employers in China".
"Hewitt Best Employers in China Study" is one of the most powerful and influential professional surveys with the widest scope in China. The Hewitt study result shows that Yantai Wanhua has a very high level of employee engagement with 70% of its employees being "totally dedicated", which is 21% higher than the average in China.
