On March 17, the Party Committee and General Manager Department of Jidong Development Group decided to commend and reward the winners in 2010 First Large-scale Competition in Central Control Operation Skill of Chinese Cement Industry . The champion and runner-up, Tian Feng from Linli Jidong Cement and Wang Yugang from Shenyang Jidong Cement, were rewarded 10000 RMB yuan and 8000 RMB yuan. Other winners were rewarded 500 RMB yuan for each one.
In May to Nov of 2010, Chinese Cement Association, Cement Business Information Web and Chinese Production Skill Training Center of New Dry Process Cement (Web) held 2010 First Large-scale Competition in Central Control Operation Skill of Chinese Cement Industry . Thousands of skilled operators from large enterprises entered into hot rivalry. 55 people from Jidong Development Group participated in the competition and 27 of them obtained positions. 10 obtained the title of Bronze Medal Kiln Operator, 15 obtained Bronze Medal Mill Operator and 2 obtained Golden Medal Mill Operator. Tian Feng and Wang Yugang took the first two of mill operation.
This was a national competition in production and operation skill held by authoritative institutions of cement industry as well as a heavyweight contest in production run management scale among cement enterprises. Over 20 thousands employees had great expectations for the contestants. They not only wined honor for the group but also showed the advantage operation management scale and distinguished corporate culture and image. Their success aroused the whole staff s sense of group honor and improved the confidence to new victories on production and management.
