On Mar 15, the opening ceremony of Golden Shore Red Castle Project of Tangshan Jidong Cement South Lake Real Estate Company was held.
Secretary of Party Committee & Director Meng Xianyou of Tangshan State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Deputy Secretary of Lunan District Party Committee and District Mayor Xu Changsheng, Secretary Zhu Yanming of Commission for Discipline Inspection of South Lake Environment Construction Headquarter, Executive Assistant Han Yuanfu of China Construction Second Engineering Bureau Ltd. and leaders of Jidong Development Group & Jidong Cement Zhang Zengguang, Wang Xiaohua, Yu Jiuzhou, Yu Baochi, Liu Chen, Qin Guoxu, Gong Tianlin, Gao Jianming, and Ren Qianjin participated in the ceremony.
District Mayor Xu Changsheng declared the official start of the project. Leaders of Tangshan State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Lunan District Party Committee & Government, South Lake Management Committee, China Construction Second Engineering Bureau Ltd. and Zhang Zengguang, Wang Xiaohua, Yu Jiuzhou cut the ribbon for the ceremony.
Golden Shore Red Castle Residential Block Project covered an area of 266 thousand m2 with total building area of 572.8 thousand m2.First phase of the project is A1 and A4 plot covering an area of 133 mu. Its building area is 233 thousand m2 with 170 thousand m2 aboveground. The project includes high residential buildings, half- high residential buildings, garden houses and other related supporting facilities such as high-end chamber, primary school and kindergarten.
General Manager Wang Xiaohua of the Jidong Development Group introduced the project. He said, Golden Shore Red Castle Project had gained large focus since it put into market in last November. On Tangshan Fall Exhibition for Housing, the lake view house type, park-like environment and high facilities of the project were highly praised by the residents. And the project also won the Tangshan Most Worth to Expected Project in 2011. The construction of Golden Shore Red Castle symbolized that Dunshi Real Estate supported Tangshan city transformation and pushed the city to upgrade.
Deputy Secretary of Lunan District Party Committee and District Mayor Xu Changsheng gave an important speech. He said, according to the Change in 3 years policy of Tangshan City and Hebei Province, Lunan District Party Committee and Government grasped the strategy opportunity and aimed to the target of Serve Big South Lake, rely on Big South Lake, develop Big South Lake and construct new Lunan District . Relying on the advantage of core district, many investors had been introduced into the district to increase the starting point of construction. Golden Shore Red Castle Project was the first to construct this year. He hoped that related units would provide better service and create harmonious constructing environment. Also he hoped the construction unit could quicken the step and do a good job to create a perfect project for Lunan District.
