From March 30 to April 1, President Zhao Huxiang went to Dandong and Dalian for an investigation into the investment environment and the market.
In Dandong, President Zhao met with Xue Heng, Secretary of Dandong Municipal Committee of the CPC, and Deputy Mayor Wang Liwei. Accompanied by Deputy Mayor Wang Liwei, President Zhao and his entourage went to the new planning area of Dandong for an on-the-spot investigation, and learned Dandong s short- and medium-term development plan for its logistics market. President Zhao obliged the Land Transportation Dept of the Group to carry out a further quantized analysis on the logistics market and work out a feasibility scheme with relevant parties in Dandong.
In Dalian, President Zhao Huxiang met with Sun Bo, General Manager of Dalian Shipyard and Sun Hong, President of PDA Corporation, and exchanged ideas with them on the ship market and port and shipping market under the present economic crisis.
During his visit in Dandong, President Zhao and his entourage also paid a visit to the staff members of the Dandong branch. Vice President Dong Jianjun and the heads of the Managerial Dept and the Land Transportation Dept were in company during the investigation.
