This thank letter is received from Mr Vijaywargiya, the executive director of the once through hydro-cracking project of the Indian HALDIA Refinery Factory. In 2006, CFHI Nuclear and Petrochemical Business Group undertook the HALDIA Factory on the manufacture of two high-pressure and thick-walled hydro-cracking reactors and successfully fulfilled the delivery of the two hydrocrackers on time in 2008.

During the installation process, the Business Group always shared the same concerns of the customer and put the customer s interests at the top priority. Knowing there were short items at site, they taken prompt actions to send the parts without affecting the general schedule of the installation. The technical consultation and service provided by CFHI site engineers have also been highly praised by the customer.
