Commercial Output of CFHI in August Makes a New Record

Recently, it is learnt from the Production Planning Department of CFHI that the commercial output in August reaches up to 1.1 Billion RMB, which is the peak of the monthly output this year up to now.

In order to implement the guiding spirit of the Cadre s Conference of CFHI to accomplish the annual commercial output target of 2010, since August, the sub companies and business departments had put more efforts into the organization of production to ensure the milestones of the ongoing projects and realize the delivery of products in due time.

The CFHI Limited Company untied the awareness of the employees, firmly strengthened the confidence and took the actions into the fulfillment of annual commercial output target.

The Steel Casting and Forging Business Department made many records in the history, such as the monthly molten steel production output broke through 30,000 tons, the daily molten steel production exceeded 1400 tons, and the total forging output by the two open die hydraulic press overcome 14,000 tons.

In this August, the output of the 15000t open die hydraulic press has been increased greatly from the 10,000 tons in July to 11,000 tons in August and the number of the daily forging-heating of 15000t open die hydraulic press exceeded 20 heat/day, which is the first time in the history of the hydraulic press workshop, and realized a straight increase of forging output in the last four months.

And the amount of First Pass steel castings broke through 4,700 tons and Second Pass steel castings up to 3,800 tons, which made the historical record in August.

The Roll and Power Station Business Department organized the production actively and prepared detailed production plan to strengthen the rigidity of the plans.

The Nuclear Power and Petrochemical Business Department overcame the difficulties and accomplished the commercial output up to 200 million RMB. In August, the Nuclear Power and Petrochemical Business Department fully used the sources of subcontractors, enlarged the range of subcontracting and strengthened the control of subcontractors.

Especially for the Peng Zhou Petrochemical Project in Si Chuan Province, it only cost 11 months for CFHI to complete the fabrication of six pressure vessels and delivered to Customer in August, which broke the international record of shortest lead time of heavy forge-welding structure pressure vessels.

Dalian Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd, Material Procurement Department and Zhongshi Transportation Business Department make their best endeavor to meet the demands of the production departments.

All the Sub-companies and Business Departments expressed that they will firmly enhance the confidence to accomplish the annual commercial output plan of 12 billion RMB and make persistent efforts to reach a higher peak of the production on the basis of the achievement in August.
