CFHI Held the First Temporary Stockholders Conference of 2010

By the proposal of CFHI s 12^th meeting by the first directorate, at 3:00 PM, December 8, 2010 CFHI hold the first temporary stockholders Conference of 2010 in CFHI Business hotel.

Mr. Zhao Lixin, the vice president of CFHI presided over the conference.

The conference was held by the meeting on the spot together with the internet voting. The internet voting was performed through the votes system by China Securities Depository and Clearing Company Limited (CSDCC). The meeting deliberated and passed the CFHI s bills and draft revolutions on the circulating fund temporarily supplemented by collected idle fund .
