Desalination of Sea Water System Designed by CFHI Passed the Assessment of Experts

CFHI developed low temperature multiple effect distilled desalination process technology through 2 years, formed the 25000 tons/day heavy low temperature multiple effect distilled desalination process technology with independent intellectual property which broke through and innovated on the basis of absorbing the world s newest process, the dynamic real time control pretreatment technology applies such as sand-up reinforced coagulation, mechanical agitating device, short response time, capable of adapting the change of original sea water quality, it can guarantee the high efficiency and stable operation of low temperature multiple effect distilled distill device, reduces the investment of project.

Meanwhile, through experiment and research, to resolve the difficult problems such as corrosion prevention of low cost material, the elastic seal connection of heat exchange pipe and spray uniformity control, attained key technical data of all the items, provided guarantee for the actual project application, the system has high degree of automation.

It can realize the computer data acquisition, real time monitor to guarantee the safety and stable operation of the system. The experts who attended the meeting considered this project is reasonable, and passed the engineer design and relative process experiment, grasped the core design and manufacturing technology, the expected index of technology and economy can reach international advanced level, with engineering and marketing conditions.
