CFHI Held the Third Session of the Employee's Representative Congress

CFHI held the Third Session of the Employee's Representative Congress on January 27. This congress is an important congress on the occasion of entering the Twelfth Five-year period and striding into the new stage of the strategy development. The general working thought and struggle target for 2011 was put forward during this congress.

All cadres and workers were called to firmly grasp this important strategy period of opportunity for enterprise's bright prospects, resolutely complete each production operation task at the beginning of the Twelfth Five-year Plan, and create a new situation in all fields of CFHI's scientific development taking "emancipating the mind" as a guide and "reform and innovation" as a motive.

Wu Shengfu- Board Chairman of CFHI made a work report named as Emancipating the mind, Reform and Innovating to Create a New Situation in All Fields of CFHI's Scientific Development. This report was divided into three parts: 1. Brief work summary for 2010 ; 2. General requirement and work target for 2011; 3. Important work in 2011.

In 2010, the value of orders is 16 billion yuan, commodities output value is 12 billion yuan, and the rate of State-owned asset's hedge and appreciation is 113%.

The year of 2011 is the beginning of carrying out the Twelfth Five-year Plan. Commodities output value is 15 billion yuan, and the value of newly signed contacts is 20 billion yuan.

Wu Shengfu required all cadres and workers should take the scientific development view as the direction, seize this important strategy period of opportunity, emancipate the mind, reform and Innovate, breakdown difficulties, never get slack at the work so as to resolutely realize the annual working target and work hard for creating a new situation in all fields of CFHI's scientific development.

Zhao Lixin-Secretary of the Party Committee of CFHI made a speech at the closing ceremony of the congress. He said, the development curtain of Twelfth Five-year Plan has already been opened. Facing the new historical opportunity and challenge, all cadres and workers were required to do each work well in this year.

Since the task was arduous, and the significance was great, all cadres and workers should further strengthen the confidence, overcome difficulties, forge ahead with determination, do a solid work to make unremitting efforts for achieving each working task of this year and promoting the CFHI's scientific development.
