Launch of Agent Fee Payment Service

In order to further improve the utility of E-banking and lessen the counter pressure, Bank of Beijing has recently launched the agent fee payment service and kicked off the Easy Enquiry of Social Security Account function.
Agent fee payment service is the service provided by the Bank s hotline 96169 to do an agent payment of its customers communication fee via phone bank as long as the customer provides his phone number, of which the fee shall be paid, and confirms the amount of payment. Currently, the service is available to phone number belongs to China Mobile, China Unicom, or Beijing Netcom.
The Easy Enquiry of Social Security Account Information enables customers to inquire their social security account information, including account balance and received transfer, via phone bank. Customers can also register a loss of social security book and receive a fax of statement, which has greatly enhanced the safety and promptness of the business.
