Beijing and Shanghai Financial Sectors Held Dialogue

Beijing-Shanghai Economic Communion & China s City Commercial Banks Internationalization Progress Forum was held in the morning of Oct 28^th 2007 in Shanghai by Financial Times and Bank of Beijing jointly. Government officials, banking regulators, experts and scholars and representatives of Chinese banks and foreign banks from Beijing and Shanghai met together to explore the Communion of Beijing-Shanghai economies and propose suggestions to accelerate the internationalization of China s city commercial banks. This forum has very positive meaning in pursuing the spirit of the 17^th Party Congress Meeting, accelerating cross-region economic integration and constructing harmonious socialist society.
