On October 20, 10.2-ton FDY products, the first export order since the establishment of the Filament Centre, was shipped to Poland via the Changjiang Port of the Logistics Centre.
On September 28, the Filament Centre received the first export order after its establishment, with the specification of FDY 83/72, the export destination of Poland and the quantity of 10.2 tons. Though it was not a big order, great attention was paid by the Filament Centre. After receiving the order, heads of the Centre, with all sectors' close cooperation, organized in person the production of the export order. So far, the production, the checkup and the packing of the products, which met the customer's quality requirements, had been completed. All were shipped to Poland on October 28.
FDY 83/72 is a new product developed by the Filament Centre to meet the market needs. Plied with spandex, it can be made into stretch fabric, which feels soft and is very cost-effective. After the technical breakthrough made by the Centre, the technological parameters and quality of the product can satisfy the customer's needs.
With the increasingly fierce competition on the filament market, the Filament Centre has enhanced efforts on marketing, learned about the market demands through survey and communication with customers, and accelerated the development of products. So far, the Centre has developed 22 new products, with quality approved by customers.
All this has greatly promoted the competitiveness and brand footing of YCF's filament products as well as its reputation at home and abroad.
