The YCF Staple Fibre Centre (the Centre) never stops to improve the quality of its hollow fibre. Adopting a "going-out" strategy, it spares no efforts in exploring the overseas market as well as the domestic market. With the exertion of relevant departments, the export volume keeps hiking. Recently, the Centre received the stock-up notice of exporting some 200 tons of products, and productions are being organized on the spot according to requirements in the contract.
Along with the quickly elevated production capability of hollow products at home, exploring the overseas market is one of the alternatives to avert the competition with low-quality products such as the recycling materials. Aware of this situation, the Centre exerts its utmost to explore the overseas market with the assistance of China Petrochemical Int' l Co., Ltd. It conducts vehement discussions concerning the comparison with quality of high-grade products and with demand of quality by various users.
It also actively implements the quality improvement by combing daily technology management of hollow fibre and substantiating such aspects as parts, species, management and quality management. In line with the requirements of users, the workmanship indices fit the production line and all species' characteristics are promulgated and perfected, leading to positive comments of specialists in the industry towards the smoothness of the silicon hollow fibre produced by the 5K production line.
In order to dilute its cost, the Centre arduously carries out the capacity expansion and reformation of the 5K-production line. According to the requirement put forward by similar companies of "forming the competition edge and increasing the products' added value" towards the hollow Fibre, the Centre has developed such high value-added products including seven-hole hollow fibre, silicon hollow fibre and wave hollow fibre.
Currently, the Centre is joining hands with relevant departments to grasp the application direction of hollow products, form strategic brand allies, strengthen the research of low-melting-point hollow products and conduct research and innovative development.
