YCF Party Committee Issues Notice of Studying Important Speech Delivered by General Secretary Hu to Cadres at Provincial and Ministerial Levels Attending Refresher Course at Party School of the Central Committee of CPC

On June 27, the YCF Party Committee issued the "Notice of Studying Important Speech Delivered by President Hu Jintao to Central Party Cadres at Provincial and Ministerial Levels Attending Refresher Course at Party School of the Central Committee of CPC", requiring all centres, factories, the YCF Party Committee (Party General Branch and Party branches), the Committees at various Party organizations, all departments of the YCF Party Committee, the Discipline Inspection Commission, the Party School, the Labor Union and the League Committee to study the important speech delivered by Secretary-General Hu Jintao to cadres at provincial and ministerial levels attending refresher course at the Party School of the Central Committee of CPC on June 25.

According to the notice, General Secretary Hu's speech includes strategies and has abundant connotation, deep thought and brilliant exposition. Hu's speech incisively explains the important issues related to the party and the nation and is of great significance for striving for new victories of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and creating a new age for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.

Party organizations of all levels and leaders should seriously study Hu's speech. We should further our cognition by following the guidance of Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thought of Three Represents, thoroughly apply the Scientific Development Concept, and continue to emancipate the mind.

By persisting in reform and opening up as well as pursuing development in a scientific way, we will promote social harmony and YCF's reform and development, so as to strive for the new victories in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.

The notice proposed 3 requirements: 1. Fully understanding the deep connotation and great significance through studying Hu's speech. 2. Taking Hu's speech as the important content of Studying Month activities and well arranging the studying activities. 3. With the driving power of learning Hu's speech, further promoting all work of YCF and welcoming the 17th CPC National Congress with great achievements.
