YCF Holds Youth League Cadre Training Class

To further strengthen the organizational construction of the YCF's Youth League Committee, enhance the league cadres' overall qualities and give full play to league members' function in reform adjustment and stability, the YCF Youth League Committee and the HR Department jointly held a Youth League cadre training class on Sep. 27 and 28 at Jiangsu Huarui Vocational School to welcome the 2nd YCF Youth League Committee Representatives Meeting.

During the training, Vice Minister He Min of the Organization Ministry of Provincial Youth League Committee taught organizational construction and basic units practice to league cadres; Executive Vice Director Zhu Keli of the YCF Youth Concern Committee had an informal discussion and exchange with league cadres and extended expectation to league members.

Before the completion of training, Deputy Secretary Cao Yong of the YCF Party Committee visited the league cadres and proposed 4 requirements in his speech. Firstly, league organizations of all levels should strengthen education of situation and task and lead the youth to keep ahead in the YCF reform and development.

Secondly, league organizations should lead the youth to engage in production and operation practice and promote the realization of YCF's benefit goal. Thirdly, league organizations should enhance organizational construction in cohesion and leadership and give full play to their organizational advantages.

Fourthly, league cadres should always be the leader of league members with an up-and-up mood.

A total of more than 30 people including directors from league organizations, commissioners of League Committee and secretaries to league branches participated in the training class.
