On August 18, 2009, Chinese Civilization in Shanxi, Cross-Strait Friendship between Youth activity was held in TaiyuanCity. Over 20 students from TaiwanNationalChengchiUniversity and SoochowUniversity (Taiwan) firstly came to NUC, where they participated in Outward Bound Training, in which "the wheels rolling" is a program fostering teamwork and training members to carry out capacity-building projects. During the competition, the students from both sides showed a good collaboration and the sense of distance was soon broken by the common language, interests and hobbies.
