On July 9, 2010, Ma Luting, Director of Higher Education Research Office, National Education Research and Development Center, gave a report at NUC Library. Han Yan, NUC Vice-President presided the meeting.
Combing with his practical experience, Ma Luting described in detail the diversity of elite education, how to build first class school and how to pursue excellent school development. And he analyzed the planning of future higher education.
