I. Recruitment Areas
Foreign languages and literature, economics, management science, Chinese language and literature, law, political science, pedagogy, computer science & technology, math, psychology, sociology, journalism & communication, science of arts.
II.Salary and Benefits
1.The annual salary for the Yunshan Leading Scholar, Yunshan Outstanding Scholar and Yunshan Youth Scholar shall be at least RMB 600000, 400000 and 200000 yuan respectively. The salary for the Yunshan Chair Professor is paid in terms of actual employment time on a monthly basis ranging from 20,000 to 30,000 yuan. 2.The University shall provide research funds: not less than 200,000 yuan for the Yunshan Leading Scholar in natural science and not less than 100,000 yuan in humanities or social science; not less than 100,000 yuan for the Yunshan Outstanding Scholar in natural science and not less than 80,000 yuan in humanities and social science; and 50,000 yuan for the Yunshan Youth Scholar.
3.If the personnel dossiers of the Scholar are permanently transferred to Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, the University shall offer the relocation allowance in consideration of the academic credentials: 200,000 to 1,600,000 yuan for the Scholar of full professorship, 120,000 to 200,000 yuan for the Scholar of associate professorship, and 30,000 to 100,000 yuan for the Scholar with a doctoral degree.
