SSPU students gained excellent results in the National Undergraduate Mathematical Modeling Contest

2010 National Undergraduate Mathematical Modeling Contest of MOE Higher Education Cup drew the curtain recently. SSPU students gained excellent results in the contest, including 2 national second prize and Shanghai Municipal first prize, 3 second prizes of Shanghai match division, 5 third prizes of Shanghai match division. Student Rong Fudi, Jia Qiangqiang, Ma Fuwei, Zhang Jiuhao, Zhao Zhichao and so on from School of Computer & Information gained 2 national second prize and Shanghai Municipal first prize.
National Undergraduate Mathematical Modeling Contest was sponsored by MOE and founded in 1992. It is the largest ad the most important basic academic competition at present. This year more than fifty thousand undergraduates from 1197 universities including Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore and Australia participated in the contest. SSPU students won the award every year since 2008.
