On Jan 6th, 2011, Mr. Yang Nengqiang, Director of International Student Office from Western Oregon University visited SHFU.Zheng Ming, director of International Exchange Office of SHFU and Li Liangzhi, director of Humanities & Arts Department met the guests. Both sides exchanged views on collaborating on the art design program in the form of 3+2.
