SIFT s Shanghai Trade Center Construction Research Base Set Up

With Professor Wang Xingkui as the chief expert, the "Shanghai Trade Center Construction" Research Base (Studio) has been formally set up through preliminary examination and reexamination. The Research Base (Studio) was headed and founded by the Shanghai Planning Office of Philosophy and Social Sciences and the Development Research Center of Shanghai Municipal Government. The chief expert was assigned by the Shanghai Innovation of Social Sciences Research Base and the leading team by the Shanghai Institute of Development Strategy.

The Institute of International Business provides a platform for the Shanghai Trade Center Construction Research Base (Studio), which closely cooperates with the related schools of SIFT, Shanghai WTO Affairs Consultation Center and the Institute of World Economy of Shanghai Academy of Social Science. Located on Gubei Campus, the Research Base (Studio) conducts researches on the major issues concerning the construction of Shanghai as an international trade center.
