SIFT and University of East London Signed MOU

On December 6th, delegation from the University of East London headed by John Shaw, its vice president in charge of international affairs, paid another visit to SIFT and signed Memorandum of Understanding. Xu Xiaowei, vice president of SIFT, met with the delegation and signed the MOU on behalf of SIFT.

It s the second visit of the delegation to SIFT in two months. In the previous discussions, the two sides agreed to sign the framework MOU. The University of East London put forward some specific cooperation programs including the Summer Study Journey at the beginning of next July and the 3+1 or 3+2 programs in BA in Business Management and BSC in Business Finance. The two sides will have a further discussion on these issues.

In the afternoon, Dr. Nora Ann Colton from Royal Docks Business School of the University of East London gave a speech on the topic of free trade area to the postgraduates of SIFT Business School. Wang Guanglin, dean of Language School, Xu Dongfeng, director of International Affairs Office, Zhao Hongjun, deputy dean of Business School also attended the meeting and the signing ceremony.
