SIFT held the first Shanghai-Paris High Economics, Management & Culture(SPHEMC) Forum

On the morning of Sep 25th, the first Shanghai-Paris High Economics, Management & Culture (SPHEMC) Forum kicked off. It was sponsored by SIFT and Universit Paris X and organized by Business Administration School of SIFT. Sun Haiming, president of SIFT, Ma Defang, president of Universit Paris X and nearly one hundred scholars and experts from domestic and overseas universities and enterprises attended the forum.

In the opening ceremony, SIFT president Sun Haiming, Universit Paris X president Ma Defang and Wei Nongjian, dean of the Business Administration School delivered their remarks. Professor Philippe D Iribarne from French Scientific Research Center, made a speech on Culture and Management: When Uiversality runs into Indigen. Professor Zheng LIhua from the Western Language Culture School of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, gave a speech on Sense of Time and Management.

In the afternoon, the forum came into the stage of thesis presentation. 12 scholars and experts from Universit Paris X, Universit Paris IX, Wuhan University, Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Shanxi University of Finance and Economics and SIFT took turns to give their speeches.

The forum was spoken highly by all the experts attending the meeting. The two sides decided to hold the second Shanghai-Paris High Economics, Management & Culture (SPHEMC) Forum in Universit Paris X in 2012.
