Other Top Ten Characters are such big persons as Mr. Sun Jiakang, General Manager of COSCO Group, Mr. Song Dexing, Director of Waterway Transportation Bureau of the Ministry of Transport, Mr. Zhao Huxiang, President of Sinotrans Group, Mr. Gao Yanming, President of HOSCO Group and Mr. Guan Tongxian, former President of Shang Zhenhua Heavy Industry CO., Ltd.
