Sino-American Mathematics Education Forum Held in the College of Mathematics Science

Sino-American Mathematics Education Forum was held in the College of Mathematics Science on June 11. Many famous scholars such as Counselor of American President Mathematics and Professor Wu Hongxi from University of Berkeley, academician of Chinese Academy of Science, Professor Jiang Boju from Peking University, and academician Lin Qun from Chinese Academy of Science and Professor Zhang Yingbo of Beijing Normal University etc. attended this forum.
Professor Wu Hongxi introduced Mathematics education status, present research and development problems in America. Other scholars discussed the difference between China and America in many aspects of Mathematics education.
